Shipping & Delivery Policy

At J K Agencies, we aim to ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery of our products. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Chennai and selected nearby areas

  • Orders outside our serviceable locations may be declined or cancelled

  • Serviceable areas are subject to change without prior notice

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • Order confirmation will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Chennai City: 1–3 business days

  • Chennai outskirts / nearby locations: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Product availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic or unforeseen logistics delays

4. Installation & Service Coordination

  • For products requiring installation (RO water purifiers, appliances), delivery and installation may be scheduled separately

  • Installation will be arranged through authorized service partners as per brand guidelines

  • Installation charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order or delivery

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout

  • Any additional installation or service charges are not included in shipping fees unless explicitly stated

6. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers are requested to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the product

  • Delivery personnel are not responsible for carrying products beyond the ground floor unless agreed in advance

  • In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Do not install or use the product until the issue is resolved

Such cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once the product is dispatched

  • For local deliveries, tracking updates may be shared via WhatsApp or phone call

9. Changes to Shipping Address

  • Address changes are allowed only before dispatch

  • Once dispatched, address modifications are not possible
