Return & Refund Policy

At J K Agencies, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

To initiate a return request, please contact us with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed or used

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or external factors

  • Consumables such as filters, cartridges, membranes, once opened

  • Products purchased under special offers, discounts, or clearance sales

3. Installation & Service Products

  • Once installation is completed, returns or refunds are not applicable.

  • Any performance issues after installation will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty and service policy.

4. Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • Shipping and installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability and manufacturer approval.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

  • If cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

7. Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by J K Agencies are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims, repairs, and service requests are handled directly by the authorized service centers as per brand policy.
